The development of 8 New Houses, within the Burbage Conservation Area.

 

The development was built in conjunction with a New Care Home.

 

The development comprised of both 2 & 3 Bedroom units

 

 

 

Completed Residential Developments

Bryn-Dethol, Llangollen

The redeveloment of a number of deralict listed farm buildings, into a number of single and two storey units.

 

The development required the existing remaining stone structures to be completley rebuilt along with additional stone being sourced from the original quarry.

Wem Mill

Award winning Conversion of Grade 2 listed Georgian building to a number of Residential Apartments.

 

The Development included both a new block of Apartments, and a Contemporary Extension to the existing Mill.
